Shipping Policy

At Gymfit, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered safely and efficiently. We carefully handle transportation, shipping, and packaging to provide the best service possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processes and responsibilities.

General Shipping Terms

  • All shipments are handled with care, and the best shipping method is chosen unless the customer provides specific instructions.
  • Gymfit is not liable for any delays or damages that may occur during transportation.
  • If the customer has special transport requests, additional costs may apply.
  • A shipment is considered successfully delivered once Gymfit receives a signed confirmation from the customer or an authorized representative.

Delivery Time & Delays

  • Stated delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines unless agreed upon in writing.
  • Gymfit is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as:
    • Supply chain disruptions
    • Strikes or labor shortages
    • Transport issues or extreme weather conditions
    • Government-imposed restrictions
  • The customer is not entitled to compensation for late deliveries.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If any damages or shortages are noticed upon delivery, the customer must immediately report them on the delivery note, invoice, or transport documents.
  • If any shortages are found after unpacking, they must be reported within 8 days of delivery.

Shipping Details:

Standard Delivery
  • Cost: €100 per item
  • Service: Curbside delivery (to the door)
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Installation Service
  • Cost: €65 per hour per person (minimum of two installers required)
  • Travel Fee: Calculated from Tilburg (round trip)
  • Service: Full setup and installation at your location
Returns & Repairs
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including transportation for repairs.
